Mein absolutes Highlight der Fashion Week war die Show von Hunkemöller im Berliner Ensemble, ein wunderschönes altes Theater direkt an der Spree. Die Show stand unter dem Motto “Girls on Film” und so spannend wie es sich anhört, war es auch. Es war so unglaublich toll und mit ganz viel Liebe inszeniert. Im ersten Teil der Show wurde die Neue, eher ein bisschen ausgefallenere, Unterwäschekollektion mit viel Satin, Strass und Muster präsentiert. Für mich leider ein bisschen zu ausgefallen. Ich habe mal die Sets herausgesucht, die mich am meisten angesprochen haben. Danach war die Bikinikollektion dran und ich war hin und weg. Ich bin sowieso sehr stark Bikinisuchtgefährdet, habe schon zwanzigtausend Zuhause und kaufe mir trotzdem jedes Jahr 3 Neue, aber da waren wirklich tolle Teile dabei. Besonders angetan hat es mir der Bikini, getragen von Kasia, mit Palmenmuster. Ich brauche ihn, unbedingt. Mehr und vor allem bessere Eindrücke findet ihr bestimmt auf sämtlichen Seiten im Internet. Wie zum Beispiel auf der Hunkemöller Homepage, da habe ich nämlich das Video gemobst. Entschuldigt den Glatzkopf, er hat sich einfach ungefragt auf jedes Foto geschmuggelt. Alles in allem eine wunderschöne Show und ein einzigartiges Erlebnis.

My all-time highlight of the Fashion Week was the Hunkemöller show at the „Berliner Ensemble“, a beautiful old theatre at the banks of the Spree river. The motto of the show was „Girls on Film“and it really was as exciting as it sounds. It was marvellous beyond belief and put on stage with so much love. In the first part they presented the new, rather extraordinary underwear collection with a lot of satin, rhinestones and patterns, which unfortunately was a little bit over the top for me. On the pictures you see the sets that I liked the most. Then came the bikini collection and I was blown away. I’m a bikini-addicted person anyways, I have umpteen thousand bikinis at home and buy at last three new ones every year. But the bikinis at this show were really great. The bikini with palm pattern, worn by Kasia, was my favourite. I need it, whatever it may take. You’ll probably find more and better impressions of the show in the internet, for example at the Hunkemöller homepage, this is where I snaffled the video. Please ignore the baldy, he somehow managed to sneak into each and every of my pictures. All in all this was an amazing show and an once-in-a-lifetime experience.
